Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds and Reschedules: Payment is due up front, whether online or in person, before the service starts. This website does not allow for automatic cancellations, reschedules, or refunds that are less than 24 hours prior to any appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so before the 24-hours-prior window closes. Refunds will result in an automatic chargeback fee of $25 taken from the total refund amount, as mandated by the point of sale terms of service. 2. Cancellations: Guest cancellations that occur between 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in an automatic chargeback fee of $25 taken from the total amount. Guest cancellations that occur between 1 hour prior and 1 second prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in an automatic chargeback fee of $50 taken from the total amount. Guest no-shows are non-refundable. 3. Extra Cleaning and Stains: Management reserves the right to add on the Extra Cleaning and Stains Add-On at any time during the cleaning service if they determine the vehicle to be excessively dirty and cannot complete their job without the use of special equipment. If any hazards, including mold, mildew, cockroaches, wasps, or rodents are found in the vehicle, management reserves the right to add this option. If the vehicle is so dirty that the work exceeds past the appointment time, management reserves the right to add this option too. 4. All sales final. Any member from Matt's Homes and Autos, LLC maintains the right to refuse service.
