FAQ's
Q: Do you offer same-day service?
A: Like most mobile detailing businesses, we do not offer same-day service. We offer next-day service, though. We're open 7 days a week and on all holidays too.

Q: Are your products environmentally friendly?
A: Good news, all of our products are storm drain-friendly!

Q: How long have y'all been in business / do y'all have a customer satisfaction guarantee?
A: We have been working in the greater Orlando area for the past year and a half (since mid-2023). At first, the owner Matthew Courtney had an idea, sparked it into fruition, and launched the great business that we know of today as Matt's Homes and Autos, LLC. Throughout this time, he patiently grew and expanded his business to include multiple service areas spanning three major cities and hundreds of square miles. His staff includes Matt H., Brandon Z., and Courtney M. They are well-trained, diligent, hard workers that pay attention to detail. No matter how well we clean your car, there may be specks of sand, scratches, or major stains that never go away. While some of these may be permanent, what we can guarantee is that your car will be looking fresher, shinier, and showroom-ready in no time with our Premium or Top Tier packages. See Bookings for more details.

Q: Which service will help me maintain cleanliness and a shiny car?
A: Go with the Premium Gold service, which is our top-booked package, or with our Top Tier Diamond service, which will have your car do a complete 180!

Q: Benefits to booking with you over other businesses in Orlando?
A: We're a small business. The price you pay goes towards the convenience of having someone on our team drive all the way out to your personal residence or workplace, rather than having you drive to us like how some detailing companies require. It also covers cost of soap, wax, equipment, and other sanitation gear. Also, we pay fine attention to detail. Some businesses rush to get things done... We don't believe in that. We take our time to ensure vehicle transformation when it comes to cleanliness.

Q: Is it worth it?
A: It's 100% worth it! Check out our Google Reviews online and our before/after pics up top.

Q: Do you have repeat customers?
A: Yes of course! Most of our guests end up booking twice, or even three times each quarter. That's about once a month. While there is no set time on how often you "should" get your vehicle detailed, we recommend once every month or two for price versus perfection.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: As long as it's paid online before your service starts, we accept most online payment methods. As of yet, the newest payment method that we accept is buy-now-pay-later through Affirm.
Q: What's the best way to reach you?
A: Either by leaving a review or by emailing us directly at mattshomesandautos@gmail.com.
Q: Do I need to provide water and electricity?
A: As stated in the Terms and Conditions, we gladly ask that the guest is willing to provide access to their water and electric outlet hookups. With that being said, we utilize minimal water with our pressure-limiting nozzles. Power is also extremely limited to just a few minutes of vacuuming and a minute or so of powering the pressure washer. The amount of power and water we use is marginal (some customers estimate it at $2.00 or less) and is 100% tax deductible when you file your taxes each year.

Q: You say you don't charge taxes? Really?
A: Yes, that's right! NAICS code 811192-- which is the North American Industry Classification System code-- refers to car washes and automotive detailing services. Rule 12A-1.006(16), Florida Administrative Code also covers these. These Codes cover businesses that clean, wash, wax, and polish vehicles like cars, trucks, vans, and trailers. Services that fall under this should not be taxed according to these Codes. If you ever run into a mobile detailer who charges you for "taxes," you may want to request a detailed receipt of their services.
